The subject of the contract is a multi-discipline investor's supervision service for the investment entitled: "Design and construction of a maintenance and repair base for railway vehicles in Radom".

1. The subject of the contract includes the performance of the duties of multi-branch investor's supervision over the implementation of the investment entitled: "Design and construction of a maintenance and repair base for railway vehicles in Radom". For the implementation of the above-mentioned the Contractor will be selected in a (separate) tender procedure, mark MWZ3.27.9.2023.

2. In order to properly perform the contract, the obligations specified in this SWZ shall be performed by the Contractor through designers and inspectors of investor's supervision, having construction licenses necessary to supervise in individual construction industries with a minimum of specialties:

• Architectural designer,

• Structural designer,

• Track system designer,

• Designer of the road system,

• Electrical industry designer,

• Designer of the teletechnical industry,

• Designer of the sanitary and HVAC industry,

• Designer of railway overhead contact lines and their power supply,

• Inspector of supervision of the construction and construction industry and architecture,

• Track industry supervision inspector,

• Inspector of road industry supervision,

• Inspector of supervision of the electrical installation industry,

• Supervision inspector in the telecommunication installations industry,

• Sanitary and HVAC industry supervision inspector,

• Inspector of supervision of overhead contact lines and their power supply.

3. The detailed manner of performance of the contract is specified in the Draft provisions of the contract, constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ and in the annexes to the Draft provisions of the contract

4. The Order shall be executed in the period from the date of conclusion of the contract with the Contractor selected in these proceedings, but not earlier than from the date of conclusion of the contract by the Contracting entity

with the contractor selected in the procedure called "Design and construction of a maintenance and repair base for railway vehicles in Radom", mark: MWZ3.27.9.2023, until the date of obtaining the final decision on the occupancy permit for the above-mentioned investment, but no longer than until the lapse of 25 months from the date of conclusion of the contract in these proceedings, regarding the provision of multi-branch investor supervision services, or until the lapse of 25 months from the date of conclusion by the Contracting Authority of the contract with the contractor selected in the procedure called "Design and construction of a maintenance and repair base for railway vehicles in Radom", mark: MWZ3.27.9.2023, depending on which of these events occurs later.

5. The Contractor undertakes to participate in the inspections of the Contracting Authority related to the implementation of the supervised investment.
