The subject of the contract is the implementation of an educational and information campaign on vocational education in Małopolska as part of the project "Modernization of vocational education in Małopolska II" in the field of outdoor campaign, in particular the development of draft announcements promoting vocational education in Małopolska and their exposition, m.in. on media such as billboards, citylights, public transport vehicles in the Malopolska Region.

1. The subject of the contract is the implementation of an educational and information campaign on vocational education in Małopolska as part of the project "Modernization of vocational education in Małopolska II" in the field of outdoor campaign, in particular the development of projects of announcements promoting vocational education in Małopolska and their display, m.in. on billboard carriers, citylight, public transport vehicles in the Malopolska Region.

2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract (SOPZ) is attached as Annex 1D, it will be introduced as an annex to the public procurement contract.

3. The terms of performance of the contract are included in the draft provisions of the public procurement contract, which will be introduced into the public procurement contract – model contract constituting Annexes No. 1C to the SWZ (hereinafter referred to as the model contract).

4. As part of the performance of the contract, the contractor will be obliged to transfer to the Contracting Authority the economic copyrights to graphic designs and ownership of the media on which the above documents will be transferred.

5. The Contracting Authority, according to the disposal of Article 95 of the Act, specifies that it does not require employment by the contractor or subcontractor on the basis of the working relationship of persons performing the performance of the contract.
