BLB NRW intends to put out the technical facility management services at the Cologne branch for properties assigned to the regional areas of Cologne on the left bank and Bonn on the left bank of the Rhine (see also file TFM concept procedure description).
The service provider is to be given overall responsibility for the advertised properties of BLB NRW with the services of object management, technical operations management, maintenance/inspections and repairs of up to EUR 10,000 with emergency and incident management.
There are high demands on reporting, transparency of performance and cost tracking, quality assurance and availability as a property crew.
