The subject of the contract is a service consisting in the maintenance and repair of sanitary installations in the field of central heating, water services. can. and gas in built-up and undeveloped real estate constituting the property of the Olsztyn Commune and in buildings under temporary administration administered by ZLiBK in Olsztyn in the premises of the Olsztyn Commune in the real estate of Communities - Districts I and II.
The service of maintenance and repairs in the sanitary industry specified in tasks III and IV should be provided with extreme caution and diligence required for this type of services, i.e.
1) in a professional manner, in accordance with the art of construction, the investor's supervision, the Employer's recommendations and in accordance with:
a) a public procurement contract;
b) Polish Standards transposing harmonized European standards;
c) technical conditions for the performance and receipt of services;
d) ToR.
2) The Contractor will purchase materials necessary to perform maintenance and repair services in the sanitary industry at his own expense.
3) All materials and equipment used to perform the contract must have valid certificates, approvals or certificates allowing for use in construction in Poland. Appropriate approvals, certificates and technical approvals regarding the use of materials and devices should be submitted to the supervision inspector before their application.
4) When providing repair and maintenance services in the sanitary industry, the Contractor must comply with health and safety at work regulations and protect against access by unauthorized persons on the construction site and stored building materials.
5) The Contractor shall provide the Employer with a guarantee for the services of maintenance and repairs in the sanitary industry to a minimum of 1 year, counting from the date of their receipt.
5. The framework list of services consisting in sanitary maintenance and repairs is set out in Annex 10 to the ToR / Annex 2 to the contract /.
