The purpose of this consultation is the production and delivery of graphic, cartographic and infographic illustrations of army magazines, internet and intranet sites of the Ministry of the Armed Forces and their sub-sites, as well as electronic media (newsletter, DVD, CD, USB key ...) or printed (brochures, billboards, posters ...) produced by the Defense Information and Communication Delegation (DICOD), the General Secretariat for Administration (SGA), the management Armaments Directorate (DGA) and Armed Forces Information and Public Relations Services (SIRPA), for internal and external dissemination to the Ministry of the Armed Forces.
