The city of Schwerte intends to build a sustainable and sustainable sports centre in the district of Wandhofen.

In the Wandhofener Bruch industrial park, it is possible to rebuild an artificial turf field, a training ground, a club home including corresponding ancillary facilities, integrating several beach volleyball fields and the construction of a central parking area.

In addition to the club house, a gastronomy and a multifunctional usable common room are to be realized, which should be usable by local clubs, such as shooting club. In this context, operating apartments are to be created in the building for a restaurateur as well as for a place keeper.

Overall, the goal is to significantly strengthen sport within the city of Schwerte through the implementation of the project.

The planned construction project is a federal subsidy construction measure. The project is therefore subject to audit by an official body.

The order includes freelance planning services.

The following services are to be awarded:

- buildings and interiors (service phases 1 - 9 according to HOAI § 34 in accordance with Appendix 10);

- accessibility concept

The required services are based on the HOAI service profiles. The client reserves the right to contract in stages and, if necessary, in sections.
