The object of the contract is the provision of driving services in a software-controlled and distributed collective transport offer in the Offenbach district and in the city of Hanau as part of local public transport.

The object of the ODM is the paid commercial transport of passengers by passenger car on the basis of a government-approved tariff as part of the public local passenger transport offer, the total operational control, the receipt of travel orders via customers' mobile devices, including their processing and billing, as well as reporting for activity accounting and quality control to the client, is based on a software solution. The vehicles and software are procured separately by the client and provided to the contractor.

Operation has to commence on 01.07.2022. The operation ends regularly on 31.12.2024. The clients have the option twice to extend the term by one year at a time. The transport service contracts regulate more details.
