1. The subject of the contract is the provision by the Contractor in the territory of the city of Gdańsk with transport services of persons with disabilities and their carers, during the school years 2021/2022; 2022/2023; 2023/2024; 2024/2025 in accordance with the resolution No XXXIX/885/13 of the Gdansk City Council of 25 June 2013 on the case fixing the types of transport, rules of use, organisation, entitlements and payment for journeys of persons with disabilities adapted for this purpose by microbuses organised by the Municipality of the City of Gdańsk, SWZ divided into 5 tasks, with an option, an offer and a contract.

2. Estimate. Maximum total number of carriages for 5 tasks is: 5 304 708 + 1 200 000 option (3 to 5).

3. Total number of buses required for 5 tasks — 66 pcs + for options — 15 pcs.

4. Description of the item of the order. Specifies Chapter 2 SWZ.

The list of the addresses of residence of the persons commanded and the addresses of the establishments shall be annex 2 to the contract, which shall be signed after the selection of the most favourable tender submitted by the Contractor with whom the Contracting Authority will contract.

3. It also covers all the activities necessary for the proper transport of persons with disabilities, especially to ensure the safety and care of the entrusted children/pupils (hereinafter referred to as “children”).

4. Estimated maximum number of carriages for task number 1 — 504 708

5. Carriage of persons with disabilities in task number 1 — will be performed by specially adapted microbuses in number 6 — specified description of the object of the order, in Chapter 2 of the SWZ.

6. Carriage will be carried out between 1.9.2021 and 27.6.2025, during the school years indicated in paragraph 1 above, on school learning days, from the date of commencement of education classes until their completion, according to the calendar of the school year announced by the Ministry of National Education at hours commencement and completion of classroom classes in individual institutions.

7. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to amend the number of persons and addresses of residence or personal changes in the list of persons intended for carriage and the addresses of the establishments as to inform the Contractor, without the need to draw up an annex to the contract, if these changes do not result in necessity of any need for such changes use more or fewer cars.

8. During the duration of the contract, the Contracting Authority reserves the possibility of reducing the annual planned maximum number of carriages depending on the actual needs of the Ordering Party — not more than 30% of the basic package.
