Jyväskylä Parish requests offers for architectural and main, structural and geo, HVAC, RAU and electrical design for the renovation of the Keltinmäki Parish Centre.

The parish centre was built in 1992. The building is of concrete/brick construction, and the building has a floor area of 1,092 m2. Problems with indoor air disadvantage have been identified in the building. A renovation is planned on the site, which will be carried out in 2022. The project is carried out on a Healthy House basis.

The procurement is divided into sections and the contracting entity concluds a design agreement with each design sector separately on the basis of the invitation to tender. The architect will serve as the lead designer for the project. Each bidder may submit an offer for one (1) or more parts. Offering more parts does not affect the scoring of bids. Part-bids are processed separately and a separate design agreement is entered into with the winner of each part. The total price is requested for the design, as well as the hourly rate of the designer, both of which affect designer choice. Hourly debit rates are used as a pricing basis for work not included in the fixed premium. Prices include travel allowances. The subscriber makes an investment decision for the renovation project upon completion of the design, so the design contract is conditional for the implementation phase.
