The zeppelin field and the zeppelin grandstand are part of the former Reich Party Day grounds in Nuremberg.
The single monument was built from 1934 to 1938 and measures approximately 370 m by 370 m.
The zeppelin field and the zeppelin tribune are now being structurally secured and developed into a learning and meeting place.
For the measure, a team from object planning and exhibition design is sought for the planning of the following new parts:
Project planning:
— new information pavilion,
— planning the new components required for the exhibition in the middle building (staircase housing, other components such as railings, ramps, etc.)
— replacement new building of a sports building.
Exhibition design:
— overall exhibition conception (indoors and outdoors),
— Reflection locations (information points in the field).
Property planning Lot 1 “Repair” has already been commissioned for structural security. It also takes over the overall coordination of the measure.
In the first phase, references are queried and up to 6 applicants are then invited.
In the second phase, solutions must be developed in addition to submitting a fee offer and presented to a jury. The processing of the solution approaches is remunerated.
