It involves the performance of studies and work carried out in the field of rural electrification on the perimeter of the member municipalities. This concerns both landfilling, reinforcement and extension of the networks. Gas works are no longer concerned. The services also concern the provision of additional services (see the business consultation file). The contract is concluded in the form of a single-level framework agreement, without minimum or maximum, passed pursuant to Articles L. 2125-1 1º, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162- 13 and R. 2162-14 of the code of the public order. It will give rise to the issue of purchase orders.
