This notice comprises pre-qualification for the contest for the development of the E6 stretch Nord-Trøndelag border — Osen.

The development shall be carried out as a turnkey contract.

The contract form is discussed as a road development project and will include engineering design services, construction, operation and maintenance of the E6 between the Nord-Trøndelag border and Osen in Nordland fylke.

In the parliamentary bill 148 S (2014—2015), the development and financing of the E6 on the stretch from the Nord-Trøndelag border — Osen in Vefsn og Grande kommune in Nordland fylke.

The distance from Korgen to Bolna is 132 km, seven lots shall be built with a total of 57.5 km. A total of 16 bridges for the E6, one overpass and 16 culverts shall be built. Three tunnels shall be built, with a total of 2 045 metres.

The construction works also include water and sewage installations, draining road and side areas, electro works and the necessary control systems In addition there will be temporary systems for traffic flow for the E6 and the adjoining road network.

The Contractor will also be responsible for the operation and maintenance of the E6 on the stretch from the Nord-Trøndelag border — Osen, altogether a total of approx. 132 km.

The contract period is 15 years.

A pre-qualification shall be held that shall form the basis for the competition.

The competition will be carried out as a competitive dialogue, in which the developer will invite up to four pre-qualified contractors to participate in the dialogue phase.
