The market is a mixed price room cleaning and maintenance services market. It includes two lots:

- lot 1: cleaning and maintenance of the premises of municipal buildings and,

- lot 2: cleaning of windows and glazed surfaces of municipal buildings.

The lot is a mixed price service contract. It is at a fixed price for the recurring cleaning services of the premises carried out in the buildings included in the basic perimeter. The lot is with order forms without minimum or maximum on the basis of fixed prices, in application of articles R. 2162-2 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the order code public, for the same services performed in buildings within the conditional perimeter. It is based on order forms on the basis of unit prices with no minimum or maximum amount for additional occasional cleaning services and for additions to buildings during the execution of the contract.

The lot is a mixed price service contract. It is at a fixed price for recurring window cleaning services carried out in municipal buildings. The lot has purchase orders based on unit prices with no minimum or maximum amount for occasional additional window cleaning services and for additions to buildings during the execution of the contract.
