The target of the acquisition is the planning and implementation of the renewal of the www.taitotalo.fi website of AEL-Amiedu Oy (Tilaaja), support, application maintenance and operation services, and further development.

The main objectives of the reform are to develop the customer experience of business and student customers and the functionality of the website. The acquisition will not create completely new websites, but will develop existing websites implemented with the Drupal publishing system. The aim is to implement the reform during 2023.

The request for participation is accompanied by preliminary drafts of the following documents:

- Invitation to tender, Annex 1

- Invitation to negotiate, Annex 2

- Common Annexes 4 to 6 and 10 to the invitation to tender

- Annex 8 to the invitation to tender Draft delivery contract and sub-annexes 8.1 - 8.2

- Annex 9 to the invitation to tender Draft service contract and sub-annexes 9.1 - 9.2

Attachments 3 (Description of the Procurement) and 7 (Data Protection) must be requested from the Customer by e-mail at hankinta@taitotalo.fi. The invitation to tender and its annexes are not final and will be specified during the procurement process.

One (1) service provider will be selected as the executor of the procurement. The contract period begins with the signature of the contract.

The service and service documentation must be produced in Finnish.
