The subject of the contract includes the collection of municipal waste from the owners of inhabited real estate and uninhabited real estate occupied under: Skołyszyn Commune Office and organizational units of the Skołyszyn Commune; Volunteer fire brigade facilities; Sports fields as well as playgrounds and recreational places in the area of the Skołyszyn Commune and from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point in Skołyszyn (hereinafter referred to as: PSZOK) and management of the collected waste, i.e. transport, recovery or disposal, on authorized installations processing municipal waste in a way that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods and reducing the weight of waste biodegradable municipals transferred to storage, referred to in the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1297 of późn.zm).
Estimated amount of municipal waste planned for collection and management in the period from 01.01.2023 by 31.12.2023 it will amount to a total of approx. 1773.7 Mg (tons) + 100 Mg (tons), of which:
1) Waste collected from inhabited and uninhabited properties (at source) – 1629 Mg, which consists of:
• 940 Mg (tons) - mixed municipal waste and residues from municipal waste segregation (code 200301);
• 580 Mg (tons) – is a separately collected municipal waste such as: paper and cardboard (150101, 200101); glass (150107, 200102); plastics (150102, 170203, 200139) - metals (150104, 200140); multi-material packaging (150105);
• 2 Mg (tons) – other non-biodegradable waste (200203);
• 80 Mg (tons) – bulky waste and furniture (200307);
• 5 Mg (tons) – biodegradable waste, with particular emphasis on bio-waste (200201);
• 7 Mg (tons) – cold bottom ash from households (ex 200199);
• 15 Mg (tons) – construction and demolition waste (170107 and other waste from group 17).
2) Waste collected from PSZOK in Skołyszyn - 144.7 Mg, which consists of:
• 17 Mg (tons) – separately collected municipal waste, including: paper and cardboard (150101, 200101) – 3 Mg; glass (150107, 200102) – 5 Mg; plastics (150102, 170203, 200139) – 2 Mg; metals (150104, 200140) – 2 Mg; multi-material packaging (150105) – 5 Mg;
• 10 Mg (tons) – waste electrical and electronic equipment (200123*, 200135*, 200136);
• 50 Mg (tons) – construction and demolition waste (170107 and other waste from group 17);
• 1 Mg (tons) – biodegradable waste, with particular emphasis on bio-waste (code 200201, 200108);
• 44 Mg (tons) – bulky waste and furniture (200307);
• 15 Mg (tonnes) - consumed household tyres (worn tyres from bicycles, bogies, mopeds, motorcycles and vehicles with a permissible total weight of up to 3.5 t) - 160103;
• 1 Mg (tonne) — cold hearth ash from households (ex 200199);
• 4 Mg (tons) — textiles and clothing (200111, 200110);
• 1 Mg (tonne) - hazardous waste (not listed in other fractions) according to the catalogue of waste listed in the Regulation of the Minister of Climate of 2 January 2020 on the catalogue of waste (Journal of Laws of 2020 item 10);
• 0.1 Mg (100 kg) — expired medicines (200131*, 200132);
• 0.5 Mg (500 kg) — spent batteries and batteries, alkaic batteries (160604, 160605, 200133*, 200134);
• 0,1 Mg (100 kg) — Needles and syringes created as household waste (ex 200199);
• 1 Mg (ton) — municipal waste not listed in other subgroups (200399).
3) Post-flood waste — up to 100 Mg (168201*, 168202).
The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of exporting and managing waste resulting from floods, flooding of residential, uninhabited and public buildings up to the amount of 100 Mg in the period 01.01.2023 - 31.12.2023.
in the period 01.01.2023 - 31.12.2023 In the offer, the Contractor shall value the unit price and the total collection and management of flood waste under the procurement option (the value of the above-mentioned waste is not included in the amount that the Ordering Party has allocated to finance the contract).
The given amounts of municipal waste to be collected from the Skołyszyn Commune during the term of the order are an estimated quantity, but the Ordering Party does not ensure the implementation of the order in this quantity. As part of this procedure, the Ordering Party allows the possibility of increasing the planned amount of municipal waste collected to 50% of the total amount of waste collected (up to 887 Mg) - regardless of the type of waste included in the procedure.
