The subject of the order are successive supplies of marine fuel MGO-DMA, in accordance with ISO 8217: 2017 DMA in the amount of: 760,000 liters for vessels of the Maritime Office in Szczecin.

2. The given order quantity is an estimated value which may be reduced or increased during the performance of the contract in accordance with the actual needs of the Employer.

3. The marine fuel referred to in para. 1, the Contractor shall deliver to Szczecin and Świnoujście Navigation Marking Bases as well as to the Port of Mrzeżyno, to the port of Dźwirzyno and the port of Darłowo at his own expense and spend fuel on individual vessels of the Employer.
