With MIPAAF decree 359553 of 06/08/2021 (assumed at prot. cons. n. 1-10654 of 06/09/2021) and subsequent MEF decree n. 160 of 18/11/2022, the Veronese Reclamation Consortium received funding of € 15,151,000.00 for the realization of the project in question which is embodied in the arrangement of the Sommacampagna adductor channel, irrigation conversion and use for hydroelectric purposes of the existing jump along the canal, in the municipalities of Sommacampagna and Villafranca di Verona.

Following the transmission of the Decrees invoked above, the undersigned Consortium has drawn up the Determination to contract no. 755 of 12/12/2022 with which the tender procedures were called pursuant to current legislation and, more precisely, art. 35, co. 11 of Legislative Decree 50/2016.

Specifically, the contract covered by this call provides for the realization of the following works referred to in Lot no. 3 called "Completion of irrigation conversion in the municipalities of Sommacampagna and Villafranca di Verona":

• Supply and installation of pressure pipes in ductile iron and PEAD with related earthworks;

• Supply and installation of special pieces in steel and ductile iron, valves and delivery groups to users;

• Excavations and road repairs aimed at laying pressure pipelines.
