Lot 1: DPE, gas diagnostics and electricity diagnosticsEnergy performance diagnosis (DPE): the energy performance diagnosis provides information on the amount of energy consumed by a building (heating, domestic hot water, cooling) and assesses its energy performance, as well as the impact of its energy consumption on greenhouse gas emissions, state of internal gas and electricity installations. The purpose of the condition of the internal gas and electricity installation is to assess the risks that may affect the safety of persons.
Lot 2: asbestos diagnostics, lead diagnostics (CREP), sanitation, termites and noiseAsbestos: the asbestos diagnosis is a compulsory diagnosis for all individual dwellings built before 1.7.1997.
