The aim of the tender and thus the subject of the tender is the procurement of a KHZG-compliant PDMS within the meaning of the above-mentioned funding element, which is connected to the existing HIS by interfaces or by direct integration and is thus intended to map a holistic clinical documentation system.

In addition, a large number of special systems are available in the field of laboratory, radiology, etc. in use. The special systems to be connected by the provider are listed in the "Interfaces" tab.

The installation of the software as well as its technical and system administration takes place in the data center of the Staufer Clinic Schwäbisch Gmünd.

The offer must include all services required for a ready-to-use installation of the software modules. This includes in particular, but not exclusively, the licenses, configured import / export interfaces, services for project management, the organizational discussions and their documentation, the configuration of the software, the training of users and administrators, the accompaniment of the live operation over a period of 14 days, service days as well as the support of the client in the acceptance procedure. As part of the implementation project, the service days for live operation will be distributed to possible levels/locations in joint consultation. In addition, the client expects an on-site inspection of the respective wards/clinics at the beginning of the project. The results of the inspections are documented in a written protocol. The aforementioned services must be described in an implementation concept.
