The planning of the technical building equipment for the new construction of a 4-storey main building with a single-storey annex is put out to tender. This building is planned for the permanent accommodation and centralization of the Film Archive Department and with a direct structural connection to the existing building VIII (1.BA).
The Brandenburgische Landesbetrieb für Liegenschaften und Bauen (BLB) intends to award the following planning services on the basis of the already approved ES construction: Planning of technical building equipment for LP 3-8 according to Part 3 §55 HOAI for the new construction of a main building with annex on the grounds of the Federal Archives Hoppegarten and participation in the preparation of the FPU (final project document) according to the new RBBau (issue 01.10.2022). The building has 4 floors, no basement and is connected to a single-storey annex building and has a usable area of approx. 8,706 m². The guidelines for sustainable building must be applied to the entire building. On the ground floor, work, technical and recreation rooms are arranged, most of which are naturally lit via the windows in the outer façade.
For the power supply, a new precast transformer station with two cast resin transformers 20/ 0.4 kV, 1,000 kVA is to be planned. High-voltage systems to be planned also include a safety lighting system and the possibility of connecting a mobile emergency power unit. The NSHV is designed according to the power balance for 800 kW in the grid form 0.4 kV, TN-S. For the power supply, the distribution areas are planned, each with its own main and sub-distribution boards. Lighting systems must be planned in accordance with the requirements of AMEV and DIN 12464-1. According to VdS guideline 2012, the building is classified with the classification "archive" in lightning protection class III.
The following telecommunications and information technology systems are subject matter of services:
A fire alarm system according to DIN 14675 category 1 (full protection) must be planned. The archive rooms are monitored with smoke aspirating systems for early fire detection.
The new building will have a burglar alarm system with 2 security areas, designed in accordance with VdS Class C.
Further security systems are access control, escape door control and video surveillance.
A centralised, service-neutral transmission system of class Ea shall be established.
To supply the server and IT technology, the floor distributors in the server room are equipped with local 3 kVA UPS systems.
In the outdoor area, the infrastructure for electromobility connections must be established. Exterior lighting must be provided for the new road to be built.
