1. The subject of the contract is the supply of network devices, memory, IoT system elements and server cabinets for the Faculty of Electronics, Telecommunications and Informatics of the Gdańsk University of Technology.

The contracting authority divided the contract into 4 lots:

Part I - Supply of network equipment and memory

PART II Delivery of network equipment and IoT system components

Part III – Supply of switches.

Part IV – Supply of server racks

Tenders may be submitted for all parts of the contract.

2. The subject of the order must be factory new, complete with a high standard both in terms of quality of workmanship and functionality, free of material and design defects, without prior operation and cannot be subject to third party rights.

3. The contracting authority allows submission of partial bids for individual 4 separate lots of the contract.

4. The offered devices must be covered by a warranty period of min. 12 months - counted from the date of signing the delivery and acceptance protocol without comments (excluding devices described in items 1, 2, 11, 12, for which the required minimum warranty period is 60 months).

4. The offered devices must be covered by a warranty period of min. 12 months - counted from the date of signing the delivery and acceptance protocol without comments, with the exception of item no. 2 for which the contracting authority requires min. 60 months warranty.
