The municipality of Unterhaching intends to outsource maintenance and glass cleaning to external service providers. The award measure is divided into 4 lots. Offers are possible on individual lots as well as on all lots.

Lot allocation:

— Lot 1: Maintenance cleaning for schools and kindergartens

— Lot 2: Maintenance cleaning for administration and kindergartens

— Lot 3: Maintenance cleaning for schools, administration and kindergartens

— Lot 4: Glass cleaning

However, the tenderer may only be awarded the contract for one lot. If a bidder has submitted the most economical tender in several lots, he will be awarded the contract for the lot that has the highest order volume, measured by the amount of minimum or annual cleaning hours.

There is no surcharge limitation for lot 4 glass cleaning. The bidder can therefore be awarded the contract for lot 4 glass cleaning in addition to a lot from the area of lots 1-3.

Glass and frame cleaning for the objects: primary and secondary school, kindergarten Regenbogen W.-P.-Str. and Adejeweg, kindergarten Löwenzahn, kindergarten Villa Bunte, town hall, library, construction depot, satellite (outbuilding), Jahnschule, kindergarten Kunterbunt, kindergarten Glockenblume, Kinderhaus Plus, Kubiz, cemetery building and sports arena on Utzweg

Cleaning and maintenance of glass and frame surfaces, façade surfaces as well as objects of room equipment and room furnishings.
