The subject of the order is the collection and development of municipal waste, created and collected on all properties on which residents reside, located within the administrative boundaries of the Municipality of Głowno, from 3 January 2022 to 31.12.2022, in a manner that provides the Community achieving adequate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and limiting the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to landfills in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintenance of cleanliness and order in the municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 888, as amended), records of the Waste Management Plan for Łódź Voivodeship 2016-2022 taking into account the years 2023-2028, adopted by the resolution No XL/502/17 of the Sejmik of the Łódź Voivodeship of 20 June 2017 on the enactment of the Waste Management Plan for Łódź Voivodeship for the period 2016-2022, taking into account the years 2023-2028, together with the amendments.
1. The object of the order is the collection and development of municipal waste, created and collected on all properties on which residents reside, located within the administrative boundaries of the Municipality of Głowno, from 3 January 2022 to 31.12.2022, in a manner that provides the Community achieving adequate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and limiting the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to landfills in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintenance of cleanliness and order in the municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 888, as amended), records of the Waste Management Plan for Łódź Voivodeship 2016-2022 taking into account the years 2023-2028, adopted by the resolution No XL/502/17 of the Sejmik of the Łódź Voivodeship of 20 June 2017 on the enactment of the Waste Management Plan for Łódź Voivodeship for 2016-2022 taking into account the years 2023-2028 with amendments (Journal of Urz. Woj. Łódzki 2017 item 3160) and the provisions of the Purity Regulations
And order on the territory of the Municipality of Głowno was passed by Resolution No. XLI/311/21 of 30 March 2021 of the City Council in Głowno on amending Resolution No XXXII/254/20 of 30 September 2020 of the City Council in Głowno on the adoption of the Rules of Procedure of Maintenance of Purity and Order in the City Municipality of the Municipality of the Municipality of the Municipality of the Municipality of Heads.
2. The area of the Municipality of the Town of Głowno is 1,984 hectares. The population of the town is. 13,577 inhabitants. Number of persons (as of 11. 05. 2021) resulting from the declarations made with the amount of municipal waste management levy — 11 128 of which 4259 are in multi-family development and 6869 in single-family buildings.
3. The estimated number of single-family property is 2674.
4. The Contractor shall be obliged to receive and use:
a) mixed municipal waste;
(b) municipal waste collected selectively: paper, metals, plastics and multi-plant packaging, glass, biodegradable waste including green waste and biodegradable packaging waste, large-sized waste including furniture, waste electrical and waste electronic, expired medicines and chemicals, spent batteries, spent batteries and worn tyres;
(c) construction and demolition waste other than hazardous resulting from the conduct of construction works not requiring a construction permit or a declaration of intent to carry out works to the competent administration authority.
5. The Contractor is obliged to collect all selectively collected waste from the point of selective collection of municipal waste, located in Głownie at 3 Dworska Street, after having previously agreed the date of receipt with the representative of the Municipal Municipal Department engaged in conducting of the above point.
