1.The subject of the contract is the service of operating leasing of the compactor.

2.The machine must be manufactured no earlier than 2004 and after a complete restoration carried out no earlier than 2021. It will be used for the concentration of municipal waste at the municipal waste landfill in Żywiec at 2 Kabaty Street.

3.Requirements for the machine, i.e. the required technical parameters as well as the required minimum equipment specified in the detailed description of the subject of the contract / technical specification /.

4. Insurance of the machine is the responsibility of the Ordering Party.

5.Operating lease requirements:

a) leasing settled in PLN,

b) 59 leasing installments: equal installments, payable monthly from the next month after the month of handing over the machine to the Ordering Party,

c) lease period – 60 months,

d) the value of the initial payment – 45% of the value of the leased object (plus VAT),

e) the possibility of redemption, redemption value -1% of the value of the leased object /plus VAT/.

1. Information on the subject of the contract:

a) The subject of the contract is the service of operating leasing of a compactor hereinafter referred to as the "leased object."

b) The machine must be manufactured no earlier than 2004 and after a complete reconstruction carried out not earlier than 2021. It will be used for the concentration of municipal waste at the municipal waste landfill in Żywiec at 2 Kabaty Street.

c) The requirements for the machine, i.e. the required technical parameters as well as the required minimum equipment are specified in the detailed description of the subject of the contract - /technical specification/.

d) Insurance of the machine is the responsibility of the Ordering Party.

(e) Operating lease requirements:

• leasing settled in PLN,

• 59 leasing installments: equal installments, payable monthly from the next month after the month of handing over the machine to the Ordering Party,

• lease period – 60 months,

• the value of the initial payment – 45% of the value of the leased object (plus VAT),

• the possibility of redemption, the value of redemption of the leased object after the end of the lease agreement – 1% of the value of the leased object /plus VAT/

f) Warranty period – at least 12 months from the date of acceptance of the compactor.

g) Terms of service: warranty and post-warranty service at the place of garage.
