Subject of the contract to be awarded are the project management and project management services for the school modernization project Mont-Cenis-Gesamtschule in Herne Sodingen.
The implementation of the project is the responsibility of the client, who relies on a project manager due to a lack of capacity.
The contract concerns project control services of the project stages 1 to 5 (project preparation, planning, execution preparation, execution and project completion) in the action areas: organization, information, coordination and documentation (A), quantities and qualities (B), costs and financing (C), deadlines and capacities (D) as well as contracts and insurance (E) according to § 2 AHO Series No. 9, status: May 2014. The basis of the contract is a revised AHO service profile (including special services and services for the BIM planning method).
The start of service provision is scheduled for the beginning of August 2019. A gradual award of the services is envisaged. Upon conclusion of the contract, the services of project level 1 according to AHO 2014 will be commissioned. There is no legal claim to the transfer of all services.
The Mont Cenis Comprehensive School in the district Herne Sodingen is one of the three municipal comprehensive schools in Herne. She is a six-grade comprehensive school.
In the course of the necessary refurbishment and modernization of the building ensemble incl. Necessary replacement new buildings, the school should be adapted to the requirements of a contemporary pedagogy and the resulting spatial concepts and needs. The school is to be upgraded overall and strengthened in its function as an important educational location in the district. According to a feasibility study, all buildings are in need of renovation at least. For economic reasons, partial demolition and new construction are recommended for a central part of the building.
For the Mont-Cenis Comprehensive School, a "Phase Zero" process was carried out to develop an overall concept for the school location, resulting in a spatial concept that provides for the preservation of the two buildings from the 1950s and 1990s, the sports hall and the Aula / Mensa building In addition, an extension to the auditorium and a replacement building are planned for secondary school I. Rehabilitation and new construction are to be carried out during ongoing school operations so that the western area of the school grounds is available for the supplementary construction.
