Description:
Receipt and development of municipal waste from the territory of the Municipality of Byczyna

The subject of the contract is the provision of a service to receive and use of solid municipal waste from the territory of the Municipality of Byczyn, including in particular:

(a) Receipt, transport to the site of the development and development of waste generated in the territory of the Municipality of Byczyn from the owners of the property on which the inhabitants reside (single-family and multi-family buildings);

(b) collection, transport to the site of development and development of waste accumulated at the Selective Collection of Municipal Waste (called PSZOK) located in Polanowice 94;

(c) the collection, transport to the site of development and the development of solid waste from the public utilities referred to in Annex No 1 to the OPZ;

(d) the organisation and operation of the travelling collection of large-sized waste, waste electronic and electrical equipment, waste tyres from households.

The subject of the contract is the provision of a service to receive and use of solid municipal waste from the territory of the Municipality of Byczyn, including in particular:

(a) Receipt, transport to the site of the development and development of waste generated in the territory of the Municipality of Byczyn from the owners of the property on which the inhabitants reside (single-family and multi-family buildings);

(b) collection, transport to the site of development and development of waste accumulated at the Selective Collection of Municipal Waste (called PSZOK) located in Polanowice 94;

(c) the collection, transport to the site of development and the development of solid waste from the public utilities referred to in Annex No 1 to the OPZ;

(d) the organisation and operation of the travelling collection of large-sized waste, waste electronic and electrical equipment, used tyres from households;

(e) receipt of expired or used medicines delivered by residents to pharmacies and the reception points of expired medicines indicated in Annex No 4 to OPZ;

(f) supply of property owners residing in LDPE bags for selective collection of municipal waste,

(g) the provision of owners of inhabited property, at their request - in containers for the collection of waste — a service provided under the contract of the contractor with the owner of the property at the expense of the property;

h) retrofitting the PSZOKu with containers,

(i) the provision and setting in the territory of the Municipality of Byczyna containers type “bell - igloo” with a capacity of min. 2,5 m3 intended for packaging waste of the type “PET” and collection, transport to the place of development

and the development of waste collected in them. The list of settings for containers type “bell — igloo” for waste type “PET” is set out in Annex 5 to the OPZ.

2. The collection of municipal waste must be broken down into the following fractions:

- received directly from the property:

(a) unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste, including waste produced during the occurrence of SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus infections and the disease caused by it (during pandemy/epidemic duration),

(b) paper and cardboard,

(c) plastics, metals, multi-aerial packaging waste,

(d) glass,

(e) biodegradable waste including biodegradable kitchen waste, green waste,

- in the framework of the stock collection additionally:

(f) large-sized waste,

(g) consumed electrical and electronic equipment,

(h) worn tyres,

- received in PSZOK:

(a) paper and cardboard,

(b) plastics,

(c) multi-product packaging waste,

(d) metals,

(e) glass,

(f) biodegradable waste,

g) brick rubble,

(h) construction and demolition waste,

(i) insulation materials,

(j) waste papa,

(k) large-sized waste,

(l) consumed electrical and electronic equipment,

m) spent batteries and batteries,

(n) worn tyres,

(o) waste of textiles and clothing,

p) expired medications,

q) fluorescent lamps and other waste containing mercury,

(r) motor, transmission and lubricating oils,

s) solvents, paints, inks, adhesives, bins and resins,

(t) waste not eligible for medical waste arising from the intake of medicinal products in the form of injections and monitoring of the level of substances in the blood, in particular needles and syringes.

In the case of expired medicines, collection shall be taken from the points located in Byczyn, as referred to in Annex 4 to the OPZ.

1. The date of implementation of the order covers the period: until 1 January 2022 to 30 June 2024 (30 months).

2. The service for the collection and management of waste from public utilities will be provided from 1 February 2022.
