The purpose of the Framework Agreement is the selection and contracting of the services of a specialized marketing and advertising agency aimed at the dissemination and recruitment of candidates likely to become clients or participants of the different products and projects that EOI has in its portfolio (both those that are developed as a result of its commercial activity and those that are financed by European funds, PRTR or similar), as well as the establishment of the bases that will govern the derivative contracts.
