The purpose of the Contracting Authority is to select and contract one (1) Tenderer for the supply / service of:
a) ICT Management Services;
b) delivery of ICT hardware;
c) delivery and management of online learning environment;
d) management of the working environment (Active Directory)
The current agreements for ICT management services, supply of ICT hardware and supply and management of online learning environment will end on 15.7.2021. The contracting authority wishes this from the idea of 'One Stop Shopping'
To place services in one agreement with one Supplier. Within the Contracting Authority there is a high degree of standardization with regard to external connections, internal network and equipment in use. Common web applications are used and all files are stored online. We work from a fully equipped Office365 environment and student portal. There is a desire to learn and work independent of place and time. Etc. see documentation.
The present contract in this tender represents an indicative value of EUR 4 100 000 (excluding VAT, calculated over the maximum term of five years).
