Saxon Weald is procuring a cleaning services contract.

The cleaning services contract covers 86 locations and incorporates the following requirements:

— management services,

— management of customer feedback,

— routine and reactive cleaning to internal communal areas,

— routine and reactive cleaning services to shared communal kitchens, bathrooms, lounges, laundries and dining areas,

— office cleaning at retirement schemes,

— cleaning of windows (internal and external),

— graffiti removal,

— annual deep cleans.

— grass cutting,

— soft landscape maintenance, including shrubs, bushes, hedges and rose beds,

— litter picking,

— weed, moss and algae control,

— tree maintenance,

— ditch clearance,

— winter maintenance,

— replacement planting,

— Japanese Knotweed control,

— dumped rubbish and fly tipping management.
