SK Service A/S (hereinafter “Contracting”) wants to purchase a complete new sludge sucker. Thus, the contract tendered includes the procurement, construction and supply of complete new Combi left-hand hand drive sludge sucker.
In addition, the contract includes service of the sludge sucker plant for a period of 5 years in the range the supplier indicates so that the warranty (2 years from delivery) is maintained. The service price must contain all the costs associated with the respective services including oil, filters, straps, etc., as well as the cost of unemployment. The contract also includes a voluntary option on the rent of sludge suckers.

The contract is tendered in a negotiated tender. Contracting entities may take the award decision on the basis of the initial offers. It is therefore not a given that negotiations are carried out. Selects Contracting to begin negotiations, this is done with all bidders. Contracting entities reserve the right to conduct several rounds of negotiations, including negotiating on a written basis. There will be no shortlisting as part of the negotiations. In the light of the negotiations, Contracting entities may establish the tender base and tenderers are invited to make final offers. Contracting entities do not remunerate participation in the negotiations. Unless it explicitly states that a given relationship must be considered a Minimum Requirement, all parts of the tender base are Requirements. The categorization expresses that Contracting entities may change prior to the final offer deadline.
