The acquisition concerns the new hospital building, Ratamokeskus, to be built in the Kouvola area. The project involves the construction of a hospital building as a new building. The construction work is divided into two (2) phases. This procurement notice is used to compete for the works in step 2. The acquisition is carried out through a negotiated procedure.

This request for participation will ask for participation in the negotiated procedure. A description of the acquisition object is given in the procurement documents. In the negotiations, the content of the procurement is specified with the selected participants.
