By means of this tender, Cedris wishes to conclude a framework agreement for two contractors for the provision of subscriptions for mobile telephony and mobile data communication for smartphones, tablets and laptops and the provision of related services.

All economic operators that meet the requirements are invited to submit a Tender. This can be done independently, as a Partnership and/or by calling on Third Parties and/or Subcontractors.

The size of the Assignment per Participant fluctuates and is between € 5,000 and € 100,000 per Participant per year. The mentioned scope is exclusive of VAT and only intended as an indication. The Contractor can in no way derive any rights from this. The Participants have no purchase obligation and do not give a turnover guarantee.

The maximum value of the framework agreement is € 4,000,000. If this scope is reached, the Agreements will end, even if the end date has not yet been reached. In that case, the further agreements will still be served.
