To prepare documents for the amendment of the special plan for the development of water supply, sewage and storm sewer management infrastructure of visaginas municipality. The planned area is the territory of Visaginas municipality (about 5841.5 ha).

Identify agglomerations and areas for public drinking water supply and waste water management, directions for the development of drinking water supply and waste water management infrastructure, indicate the stages of implementation of the development of this infrastructure (course, order) and funding in order to ensure that all residents receive drinking water and wastewater management services that meet safety and quality requirements, or have the opportunity to provide individual drinking water and/or individual treatment of waste water.
