The subject of the contract is the service of collection and management of municipal waste from the Nadarzyn Commune, including:

1) Part No. 1 of the contract - the subject of the contract is a service consisting in the collection and management of municipal waste from owners of real estate residing in the Municipality of Nadarzyn.

2) Part No. 2 of the contract – the subject of the contract is a service consisting in the organization and operation of the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK).

Part No. 1 of the contract - the subject of the contract is a service consisting in the collection and management of municipal waste from owners of real estate residing in the Nadarzyn Commune.

A detailed description of the subject of the contract was specified by the Ordering Party in Annex 1a to the SWZ and the draft contract.

Part No. 2 of the contract – the subject of the contract is a service consisting in the organization and operation of the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK).
