This tender concerns the conclusion of a framework agreement with a tenderer or combination of tenderers for the provision of consultancy services for the MIRT Verkenning Knooppunt Laan van NOI in The Hague. This is a tender of which the municipality of The Hague is the coordinator on behalf of seven partners, namely the Municipality of The Hague and Leidschendam-Voorburg, MRDH, HTM, RET, ProRail and NS Stations.

It concerns a restricted tender for the conclusion of a framework agreement for consultancy services for the execution of the MIRT exploration Junction Laan van NOI. On behalf of the seven partners, the day-to-day management of the project is provided by a project team in which the partners are represented. This project team is chaired by a project manager who acts on behalf of the seven partners.

The goal of this phase is to arrive at a preferred decision from the starting decision.

The advisory services concern a combination of urban planning advice, research in the context of the MIRT exploration, elaboration of alternatives and drawing up Sketch Designs.
