For several layers within the organisation, Contracting Authority uses the use of non-salaried personnel with the Contracting Authority or flexible external staff annually. Contracting authority does not employ different types of staff. The contracting authority has divided these into four (4) parcels for this tender:
1. Hire Educational Staff (OP) and Education Support Staff (OOP).
2. Hire Support and Management Staff (OBP).
3. Hire surveilors.
4. Hire freelancers and other external staff.
The following project objectives have been set for this tender:
• External hire lawfulness;
• Develop partnership;
• Transparent and fair cost methodology for Contracting Authority and Tenderer;
• Limit number of suppliers and administrative burdens.
Plot 1 Hire Educational Staff (OP) and Education Support Staff (OOP)The purpose of the Contracting Authority is to select and contract one (1) Tenderer per lot for an initial period of two (2) years. Contracting authority has a one-sided, optional renewal option of eight (8) times one (1) year.
Plot 2 Hire Support and Management Staff (OBP)The purpose of the Contracting Authority is to select and contract one (1) Tenderer per lot for an initial period of two (2) years. Contracting authority has a one-sided, optional renewal option of eight (8) times one (1) year.
Plot 3 Hire SurveillantsThe purpose of the Contracting Authority is to select and contract one (1) Tenderer per lot for an initial period of two (2) years. Contracting authority has a one-sided, optional renewal option of eight (8) times one (1) year.
Plot 4 Hiring freelancers and other external staffThe purpose of the Contracting Authority is to select and contract one (1) Tenderer per lot for an initial period of two (2) years. Contracting authority has a one-sided, optional renewal option of eight (8) times one (1) year.
