The purpose of this contract is the maintenance of the green spaces in the public domain of the City of Chessy as well as the rugby field. These services include maintenance, development and urgent interventions relating to these spaces.The contract is divided into 4 lots, each lot is a separate contract:-Lot no. 1: Maintenance of the green spaces of Chessy - Centre Bourg-Lot sector no. 2: Maintenance of the green spaces of Chessy - ZAC sector of Chessy-Lot no. 3: Upkeep and maintenance of the Chessy-Lot rugby field no. 4: In accordance with Article R2113-7 of the French Public Procurement Code, Lot 4 is 100% reserved for economic operators who employ disabled workers (such as Esat, etc.) pursuant to Article L2113-12 of the French Public Procurement Code

The purpose of this contract is the maintenance of the rugby field. The services of this contract are concluded at mixed prices. The contract is composed of a fixed part, paid according to a global and fixed price, variable and will be the subject of purchase orders. In the case of variable services, it is governed by the rules of framework agreements (without a subsequent contract and sole holder) executed on the basis of purchase orders in accordance with the provisions of Articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the French Public Procurement Code, with no minimum annual amount and limited to the maximum annual amount of EUR 50,000 (excluding VAT). Mandatory visit for Lot 3: Rugby field maintenanceA visit to the premises by the candidates is mandatory for Lot 3, before presenting their bid, in order to find out the state of the equipment, the layout of the premises and the possibilities of access. They shall be deemed to have been perfectly acquainted with them, to have surrounded themselves with all information, to have seen and judged under their sole responsibility, all possible constraints, not specified in these book of clauses. A representative of the services of the Municipality will accompany the candidates during the visit. A certificate of inspection, countersigned by this representative, will be given to the candidate at the end of the visit. This certificate must be attached to the offer. Failure to do so will result in the rejection of the offer. A visit will be organised for this purpose by the contracting authority on Tuesday 19 December 2023 at 2 pm. The meeting point is at the Rugby Field - chemin du Bicheret - 77700 Chessy.
