A basic computer tomograph (CT) is required with at least 64 lines and 128 acquired slices per cycle. The scope of delivery includes an additional monitor for the examination room and an optional double-piston injector with an injector attachment option on the gantry. An acquisition and evaluation console for instant image reconstructions in "real time" is required. A basic software package for all routine examinations (skull, cervical spine, lumbar spine, thorax, abdomen, joints) as well as a DICOM interface for integration into the archive system (PACS) are the subject of the tender and must be included in the offer. All services such as project planning, project monitoring, configuration of hardware and software, expert acceptance, personnel and user training, etc. must be included in the total price.

Digital X-ray imaging station MutlangenThe Ostalb clinics intend to purchase a digital, fully automatic X-ray imaging station motorized in three spatial axes, including a grid wall stand (RWS). What is required is a system of the most modern design with a mobile detector and a permanently installed detector in the grid wall stand. The system enables X-ray examinations in the accident area and supports rapid work as well as the immediate display of the images. The system consists of a universally applicable X-ray workstation as a 2-detector solution with two digital flat detectors and a patient table on one side. The system must be suitable for all bucky images with a grid of standing, lying and sitting patients who are conventionally examined on a tripod or on an X-ray table. A simple exchange of the grid is expected. In addition, an integrated storage option for several grids is desired. The detector system should have the following degrees of freedom: vertical follow-up control of emitter, table and detector, horizontal movements with several preferred positions, alignment vertical, horizontal and tilted, with motorized support, inclined angling for special images. The multitude of projection options should be supported by an automatic exposure control with freely selectable measuring field dominants (at least 3 measuring chambers). A 65 kW X-ray generator in combination with an X-ray source and automatic depth aperture is required. The spotlight should be attached to a 3D ceiling mount with follow-up control, which can be moved over a wide area in the room, both longitudinally and transversely. The arrangement of the system components should allow the best possible use of the available space and also be suitable for bed accommodation.
The digital X-ray exposure area is to be viewed as a unit. All accessories required for the function are to be delivered and installed. The offer includes delivery, installation, official and safety-related acceptance up to the handover of the fully functional system including all accessories required for operation to the operator. The existing rooms must be able to be used for the system required here without major reconstruction work (moving walls, etc.). For this reason, the provider is asked to insert the optimal position for his system in the attached construction plan using a DWG file. With the completed list of services, all product data necessary for the assessment as well as the current DICOM conformance statement for all system components must be submitted. The integration into the existing PACS is mandatory and included in the overall offer. All services such as project planning, project monitoring, configuration of hardware and software, expert acceptance, personnel and user training, etc. must be included in the total price.

Digital X-ray system for diagnostic and interventional urological procedures EllwangenThe Ostalb Kliniken intend to purchase a digital X-ray system for diagnostic and interventional urological procedures. It must be possible to record the entire urogenital tract in one image with radiological-diagnostic image quality and at the same time with low radiation exposure. Unrestricted patient access from all four sides is required. All interfaces (provided by the supplier) for endoscopic cameras, ultrasound devices and for video-dynamic workstations, including HD (high definition) image quality, must be included in the scope of delivery. The device must be suitable for pediatric urology. An additional manual control for the control room is required to operate the system. All table movements, travel and parking position of the X-ray system, parking position of the anti-scatter grid, zoom levels, aperture setting must be carried out remotely from the control room. The dismantling and disposal of the old system must be included in the scope of delivery. The offer includes: services, project management, expert acceptance, personnel and user training, planning of the room concept. It must be possible to save and display the area dose product for each patient. The system has all standard interfaces for integration into the IT system landscape (DICOM, HL7) and the integration of a digital real-time image acquisition and image processing system.
