You are looking at the contract notice associated with the European public tender for the conclusion of an Agreement with one Contractor for the Exploitation-oriented maintenance of building-related installations and related parties that are present in the office and production environment of Orionis Walcheren in Vlissingen. Smaller Projects in this area may also fall within the scope of this Agreement. All entrepreneurs who meet the requirements are cordially invited to submit a Registration. An indication of the extent of the Operation-oriented maintenance follows from the attached installation list in combination with the required services and the duration of the Agreement. In addition, the volume can fluctuate due to changes in the installation list, less required (Corrective) maintenance, Projects, etc. Partly on the basis of the historical data, it is expected that the total size of the Assignment per year, including any Projects, will on average amount to approximately € 200,000 - 300,000 excluding VAT. However, this should by no means be understood as a turnover guarantee or a maximum value that can be spent by the Contracting Authority under the Agreement. The size mentioned above is only intended as an indication. The Contractor can in no way derive any rights from this. All mentioned amounts are exclusive of VAT.
