1. The subject of the Order is the implementation of the Seismic Monitoring System and the conduct of Seismic Monitoring in the Lubiatowo-Kopalino Location Region for the purpose of land assessment for the construction and operation of the facilities of the first Nuclear Power Plant in Poland ("EJ"), located in the Choczewo commune, Wejherowo County ("Lubiatowo-Kopalino Location") in the Pomeranian Voivodeship.

2. A detailed description of the subject of the Order is included in Appendix A to the Draft Contractual Provisions constituting Annex 1 to the Terms of Contract Specification (hereinafter: "SWZ").
