The subject of the order is the collection and development of municipal waste from properties located in the territory of the Municipality of Against, on which residents reside, between 01.01.2022r. and 31.12.2022r. The collection of waste is to be carried out in a way that ensures adequate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and limiting the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to storage, according to the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on the maintenance of cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2021, item 888.) and the records of the Waste Management Plan for Małopolskie Voivodeship.
