1. Collection and utilization (recovery or disposal) of municipal waste indicated in the order description from real estate located in the city and commune of Biała Rawska, where residents live, there are summer houses and other real estate used for recreational purposes only for part of the year.

2. Collection and management of municipal waste in a manner ensuring achievement of appropriate levels: recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods of certain municipal waste fractions and limitation of the storage of mass of biodegradable municipal waste, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13.9.1996 on maintenance cleanliness and order in municipalities.

3.1. The subject of the contract covered by this procedure is:

3.1.1. Collection and utilization (recovery or neutralization) of municipal waste indicated in the order description from real estate located in the city and commune of Biała Rawska, where residents live, there are summer houses and other real estate used for recreational and leisure purposes only for part of the year.

3.1.2. Collection and management of municipal waste in a manner ensuring achievement of appropriate levels: recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods of certain municipal waste fractions, and limiting the storage of mass of biodegradable municipal waste, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13.9.1996 on maintaining cleanliness and of order in communes (i.e. Rawa.

3.1.3. Equipped with containers and containers for a selective waste collection point and waste collection from a point.

3.1.4. Providing residents (with the exception of residents in multi-family housing) with bags for selective waste collection, in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 29.12.2016 on the detailed method of selective collection of selected waste fractions.

3.1.5. The contractor will indicate in the offer municipal installations to which the waste will be transferred.

3.2. Multi-family housing

3.2.1. unsorted (mixed) municipal waste

Unsorted (mixed) municipal waste will be collected in containers. The containers will be placed in places indicated by the property manager.

Frequency of exporting the mixed waste by the Contractor - not less frequently than 3 times a week according to the collection schedule established by the Contractor and made public.

The containers are provided by the property manager on his own.

3.2.2. separately collected municipal waste

Selective collection of municipal waste in multi-family housing will take place in containers and sacks.

Frequency of waste being removed by the Contractor:

Paper, cardboard, metals, plastics, glass, multi-material packaging, paper and cardboard packaging, glass packaging, plastic packaging, metal packaging, mixed packaging waste - not less frequently than once a month, as determined by the Contractor and given to public information of the collection schedule;

Biodegradable with particular regard to bio-waste - not less frequently than 1 a week according to the collection schedule established by the Contractor and made public;

Containers and sacks are provided by the property manager on his own;

3.2.3. bulky waste, furniture, worn out electrical and electronic equipment, waste tires, waste batteries and accumulators, construction and demolition waste, hazardous waste, expired chemicals and medicines, waste ineligible for medical waste generated in the household as a result of taking medicinal products in the form of injection and monitoring the level of substances in the blood, in particular needles and syringes, - will be delivered by residents to a separate waste collection point.
