Sunderland college (the college) wishes to establish a Framework Agreement of suitable providers to deliver training and education on its behalf in England for the academic year 2018/19. The college seeks to contract for high quality provision which complements but doesn’t compete with its own provision or meets a local need which the college is unable to meet and/or benefits the local community.
