The subject of the contract is the supply of PASSENGER CARS UNMARKED SUV AND SEG. C WITH THE APPLICATION OF THE RIGHT OF OPTION BROKEN DOWN INTO 4 VARIANTS OF RADIOTELEPHONES INSTALLED.
The contracting authority – KWP in Gdańsk allowed the submission of partial bids.

1) - radiotelephone in accordance with Annex 2Ł to the Terms of Reference - pcs. 5 pcs. 2
2) - radiotelephone in accordance with Annex 3Ł to the Terms of Reference - pcs. 10 pcs. 6
3) - radiotelephone in accordance with Annex 4Ł to the Terms of Reference - pcs. 6 pcs. 2
4) - radiotelephone in accordance with Annex 5Ł to the Terms of Reference - pcs. 4 pcs. 2
Minimum warranty period for the base vehicle – 36 months from the date of receipt of the vehicle and a minimum of 60 months for preferential traffic in traffic.

The technical specification of the subject of the contract includes: Annex 11 to SWZ.
All requirements set out in the documents indicated above constitute minimum requirements and their fulfilment is obligatory. Failure to comply with the minimum requirements will result in the rejection of the offer as incompatible with the terms of the contract pursuant to Article 226 (1) (5) of the Law Pzp.
All parameters of performance and functionality of the subject of the contract are described in a way that allows the Contractor to determine the subject of the contract while indicating the European standards that they must meet.
Environmental aspect:
Reduction of environmental pollution through the use of the highest parameter of the exhaust emission standard in the technical specification of the vehicle. To confirm compliance with this clause, the Contractor shall present an EC Certificate of Conformity at the tender submission stage. The contracting authority allows hybrid vehicles in the technical specification.
The subject of the procedure is not covered by the list of Annex 15 to the Act of 09.09.2019r amending the Law on the Tax on Goods and Services and certain other laws (Journal of Laws 2019, item 1751).
