The city of Hanau is planning to expand the Integrative Comprehensive School Lindenau into an 8-class IGS with a 4-class upper school in the Hanau district of Großauheim. The new building will be used to accommodate the space required in the course of the expansion. In a separate, subsequent project, it is planned to adapt the existing buildings to the requirements.

In 3-storey construction with approx. 5000m² gross floor area, the extension building is to be realized on the adjacent ash field.

Planning for the new building is to take place in 2023/24.

Planning services are required for this, which are to be awarded in connection with the facility 10 in accordance with HOAI 2021, Part 3 Property Planning §33 et seq.
