The main purpose of this Framework Agreement is the maintenance and minor repairs of roads and various networks. Improvements and new works listed in the Investment section of the budget are not part of this Framework Agreement. The proprietor cannot claim them. However, the contracting authority may exceptionally award them to the contract holder in return for the prices mentioned in this framework agreement. A mandatory site visit is organised on 7 and 14 March 2023 at 9:00 (see paragraph Vi.3 - additional information of this notice and the rules of the consultation)

this framework agreement is concluded for a period of one year from the date of its notification and it is tacitly renewable three times for a period of one year without the total duration of the framework agreement exceeding four years.the contract is a single-awarding framework agreement with purchase orders concluded for a maximum annual order amount of 1,500,000 euro (s) (excl. tax).
