The school grounds in Pablo-Picasso-Str. 43 in Rostock Toitenwinkel is built on outdated sports facilities, a stockholding (former room cell school), 3 schools already renovated and several sports halls, which are to be rehabilitated shortly. The building should consist of two two-storey wings, in which the group rooms with sanitary facilities, cloakrooms and ancillary rooms should be arranged. On the ground floor, a large, single-storey multifunctional space is to be created. The development of the building is done with two staircases and a lift.

Due to the previous sporty use of the site as a playground all linings and fortifications and equipment must be disposed of.

North of the Hortgebäudes a sporting use is provided, which should not be restricted as possible, since the planned small playgrounds are to be used by the hoard.
