2 Type of control:

1) annual — in accordance with Article 62 (1) (1) of the construction law to the extent defined in the construction law and in § 68 to 72 of the Regulation of the Minister of Maritime Economy of 23 October 2006 on the technical conditions of use and the detailed scope of the control of maritime structures hydrotechnical (OJ No 206, item 1516) (hereinafter 'the Regulations'), having regard to the contents of § 73 to 74 of the Regulation;

2) five-year - in accordance with Article 62 (1) (2) of the construction law to the extent specified in the construction law and in § 75 to 77 of the Regulation.
