The Hamburg Port Authority (HPA) intends on the approx. 12 000 m 2 large property, Peutestraße 18 in 20539 Hamburg to build a logistics facility with approximately 4,800 square meters and 10.50 meters of light hall height.

The subsequent use of the logistics system is already assured by means of a lease to a tenant. This stipulates that the rented areas will be handed over to the tenant by the end of the 3rd quarter of 2020 at the latest. The foundation and earthworks are scheduled to start in the 4th quarter of 2019.

Subject of the service to be awarded is the continuation of the design planning, the approval and execution planning, as well as the turnkey construction. The provision of the individual planning steps and phases of service is expressly provided for. The planning results are to be presented to the client in due time. All specialist planning must be prepared for the final documentation as stock planning and presented as required.

With the submission of the tender, the building permit and thus the consistent ability to act must be proven for all departments.

After completion of the competition, a detailed catalog of services will be handed over in the bidding phase as a functional building description, on the basis of which the bidders will prepare their bids.
