The subsequent use of the logistics system is already assured by means of a lease to a tenant. The award procedure is a negotiated procedure with an upstream competition for the selection of max. 4 suitable bidders.
Subject of the service to be awarded is the continuation of the design planning, the approval and execution planning, as well as the turnkey construction. The provision of the individual planning steps and phases of service is expressly provided for. The planning results are to be presented to the client in due time. All specialist planning must be prepared for the final documentation as stock planning and presented as required.
With the submission of the tender, the building permit and thus the consistent ability to act must be proven for all departments.
After completion of the competition, a detailed catalog of services will be handed over in the bidding phase as a functional building description, on the basis of which the bidders will prepare their bids.
