The subject of the order includes the execution of construction work consisting of:
Construction of the water supply network and sanitary sewerage network, together with fittings and necessary armaments, and incorporation of the built network into the municipal water and sewerage infrastructure in the municipality of Łomianki. The subject of the order includes the construction of a water supply and sewerage network in Lutosławskiego Street and on access roads to the following property: Kościelna Road 115-115t, 117-117t, 105-105o, 107-107o, 72-72e, 87-87e, 85-85o, 83-83m, and 104-104-10 4f, 106-106e, 102-102h, 98-98e, 92-92 m, 90-90k, 36-36p.
Restoration of road surfaces and private and municipal areas after water and sewerage works carried out, to the existing state prior to the start of works, in accordance with the conditions laid down in the technical specifications for the performance and acceptance of works, the relevant permits seizure of the road lane for appropriate streets, relevant decisions about the location of equipment in the road lane, in accordance with the requirements of the Mayor of Łomianek for works involving the restoration of roads after water and sewerage works.

1) Building sections of the sanitary sewer network, consisting of the following elements (according to Schematic Figure No. 1 and 2):
The collectors of the main gravitational sewer networks PVC-U Ø200 SN8 “lita” with a total length of approximately — 2203.5 m.
Gravitational recoil sections from the main collector to the boundaries of the ground property PVC-U Ø160 SN8 “lita” with a total length of approximately — 628.5 m.

In view of the fact that the attached construction and implementation design documentation covers a wider scope than the subject of this order, it should be considered, including the accompanying schematic drawings Nos 1, 2, 3 and 4, which define the scope of works to be carried out within the framework of this orders. Any technical solutions should be made in accordance with the attached construction and implementation project.
In addition, the Contractor shall, in his own right, prepare a project for the temporary organization of traffic for the time of construction of the water supply and sewerage network (if required by separate regulations) and the Contractor shall be obliged to obtain a use permit for the completed construction facility.
